Arabian Mail ("we") operates an email hosting service. Contact: contact@arabianmail.com.

What we store

Mailbox data: the messages, folders and contacts you keep in your mailbox. We process them only to deliver, store, scan and back up your mail.

Account data: your address, name and the details you give when requesting an account.

Technical logs: connection and delivery logs (IP address, time, sender and recipient addresses, delivery result) kept for security and troubleshooting.

Website data: messages sent through our forms. If you accept analytics cookies we also use Google Analytics to count visits.

How we use data

To provide and secure the service, prevent spam and abuse, answer your requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not read your messages except where needed for security or to comply with the law.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service, and with authorities when legally required.

Retention

Mailbox data is kept until you delete it or your account is closed. Logs are kept for a limited period. Backups are rotated automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data by writing to us.

Cookies

The site works without cookies. Analytics cookies are used only after you accept them, and you can decline.
