Security questions
What happens to messages with a virus?
They are stopped before delivery, so the infected message never reaches the mailbox.
Can I lock out an attacker?
Yes. Blocking is automatic after repeated failures, and you can also block an IP address manually and unblock it later.
What if a mailbox is compromised?
Pause sending, reset the password and disconnect live sessions. The audit log and Email Trace show what was sent.
