See when support staff accessed your organisation

Support staff can look inside only with a reason and a time limit, and you see it.

Open Settings, Activity log

Choose Settings, then Activity log.

Staff access is view-only, needs a reason and expires after a set time. The same access also appears on the Team page.

One searchable record of sign-ins, changes, filtered mail, releases and support access.

Invite users, reset a password or two-factor, and build custom roles.
