Use the audit trail

One searchable record of sign-ins, changes, filtered mail, releases and support access.

Open Audit

Choose Monitor, then Audit.

Filter by kind (Spam, Threats & attacks, DLP, Security, Deleted mail, Admins & access, Recovery & archive), person, domain and date.

Select Check integrity to prove the record has not been altered, and Export CSV to download it.

Support staff can look inside only with a reason and a time limit, and you see it.

Invite users, reset a password or two-factor, and build custom roles.
