Set quarantine policies and who gets which

Choose what people may do with held mail, and give different policies to people, groups or domains.

Create a policy

In Quarantine open Policies. Choose what a person may do: release, request release, allow or block the sender, report.

Optionally make a group first. Then add an assignment: a person, group or domain, a policy and a kind of mail.

Use Explain to ask “which policy would this address get?”.

Configure the digest e-mail, the extra scan before release, limits and how long mail is kept.

See what was held and why, then release or delete it.
