Quarantine reports and false-positive handling

Report on held mail and decide “not spam” reports.

Open Reports

In Quarantine select Reports.

Choose Accept (and optionally allow the sender) or Dismiss.

Select Export CSV, or switch on the weekly summary in Settings.

Configure the digest e-mail, the extra scan before release, limits and how long mail is kept.

One searchable record of sign-ins, changes, filtered mail, releases and support access.
