Find your saved mail
What Saved mail is, and what to do with messages you see there.
Understand what it is
If the mailbox server is briefly unreachable, the platform still accepts your mail and keeps it safe. Saved mail lists those messages.
Open Saved mail
Choose Saved mail in My Account. It is normally empty.
Do nothing, or retry
Messages are delivered to your inbox automatically when the server is back. You can also retry or delete a message here.
