Create quarantine policies

A policy decides what a person may do with a held message.

Open the Policies tab

Open Quarantine and select Policies.

For each policy choose what a person may do: release, request release, allow or block the sender, or report. A policy also decides the delivery mode.

A policy still used by an assignment cannot be deleted. Remove the assignments first.

Assign a policy to one person, a group or a whole domain.

See what was held, why, and release or delete it.
