Set up a shared mailbox

A mailbox such as support@ that several people open from their own sign-in.

Open Shared mailboxes

Choose Users, then Shared mailboxes.

Select New and enter the address, for example support@acme.com.

Add people and choose who can read the mailbox and who can send as it.

One address that delivers to many people, with rules about who may write to it.

Deliver mail sent to one address to one or more other addresses.
