Report a message that is not spam
Tell your administrator a held message was a mistake, so the filter can improve.
Open the message
In Quarantine select the message you believe was held by mistake.
Select “Report: this is not spam”
The button appears only when your administrator turned reports on. Your administrator reviews the report and may allow the sender from then on.
Use the digest link
If you receive a quarantine digest e-mail, each message has a link. The link opens a page, and you press a button on that page to release, request, allow, block or report. Links work for 7 days.
