Sign in to your webmail
Open your mailbox in a browser from any computer, phone or tablet.
Open the webmail address
Type the webmail address your administrator gave you into the browser, for example mail.arabianmail.com. Save it as a bookmark so you can find it again.
Enter your e-mail address and password
Use your full e-mail address (for example omar@acme.com) as the username, not just the first part. Type the mailbox password and select Login.
Read and send mail
Your folders are on the left and your messages in the middle. Select New message (the pencil icon) to write. To sign out, open the menu with your name and choose Logout, especially on a shared computer.
If something goes wrong
The password is rejected
Check the full e-mail address first, then Caps Lock. If it still fails, ask your administrator to set a new password, or change it yourself in My Account if you can still sign in there.
I get a message about too many attempts
Several wrong passwords in a row can temporarily block the address you are connecting from, to protect your mailbox. Wait a while and try again with the right password, or ask your administrator.
